Terms and Conditions for Live Sale Shopping


By participating in our live sales, you agree to the following legally binding terms and conditions:

1. Order Claims and Payment Responsibility
Claiming an item constitutes a binding agreement to purchase.
Customers are responsible for timely payment of all claimed items.
Claims for missing items must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date.
2. First-Time Customers
Invoices will be issued within 24 hours of order placement.
Payment must be completed within 24 hours of receiving the invoice.
Failure to comply may result in order cancellation and potential restrictions from future sales.
3. Repeat Customers
Consolidated invoices will be sent every Saturday for all items claimed during the week.
Payment is required within 7 calendar days of receiving the invoice.
Customers with unpaid invoices will be barred from claiming additional items until outstanding balances are settled.
4. Abandoned Items
An item is considered abandoned after an invoice has been issued and items are requested to be put back.
A 5% handling fee will be applied to cover administrative costs.
Repeated offenses may result in restrictions or bans from live sales.
5. Rules of Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service or block users at our sole discretion for:

Unruly, abusive, or inappropriate behavior during live sales.
Failure to pay for claimed items.
Fraudulent or dishonest activities.
6. Disclaimers and Liability
Items purchased during live sales are sold ā€œas-isā€ and ā€œas-available.ā€
We are not responsible for invoicing or delivery delays caused by technical issues, customer errors, or unforeseen circumstances.
Repeated claims of missing items may result in investigation, service refusal, or mandatory signature-confirmed delivery for future orders.
7. Modification of Terms
These terms are subject to change without prior notice. Updates will apply to subsequent live sales.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of New Jersey where our business is registered. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courtsĀ inĀ thatĀ state.
